I’m Kim Rudin, founder and CEO of Modern Moms CBD products.

Modern Moms was created with a clear initiative: to develop premium CBD products to help moms. In my motherhood journey, I have found that daily CBD use helps me be more clear-headed and calm. I’m able to be more flexible and easily pivot when I need to.

Our products are made for moms by moms who are learning how to embrace imperfection. Each of our products were custom formulated for the things that most moms struggle with, anxiety, tension, sleep, and pain.

As a busy mother of 2 little ones and a business owner, anxiety quickly started taking over my days. With endless to-do lists and your family leaning on you for constant physical and emotional support, life can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming. CBD has helped me be a more present and even-tempered mom. It has made me a HAPPIER mom!

As women, we’re expected to do it all, and often times, we do…with grace. But, not without struggling with anxiety and stress. My mission is to share my story with with all the moms who might be going through the same thing and share what has helped me overcome.
